• Shipping is available in Canada and the United States.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on size and shipping destination.
• If you place an online order from outside of Canada, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs charges that incur.

Tracking Numbers

• Tracking numbers will only be available for orders over $40.
• Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number.
• Orders that are $39 or less will be shipped as Regular. Lettermail without a tracking number.

• My studio is located in North Vancouver, BC.
• For local pickup, you can use the code LOCALPICKUP at checkout.
• When your order is ready, you'll receive an email with instructions to pick up your item(s).
• Please pick your order up within 2 weeks of purchase.
