Shipping
How long will it take to process my order?
The average order processing time 3-6 business days. Please note that this may be extended for large painting collection releases and promotions.
Processing times aren't included in shipping time.
Where do you ship to?
I currently only ship within Canada and the United States.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on size and shipping destination.
Will I recieve a tracking number for my order?
Within Canada:
- Tracking numbers will only be available for orders over $40. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number.
- Orders that are $39 or less will be shipped as Regular Lettermail without a tracking number. This is to reduce shipping cost for you.
Returns/Exchanges
What is your exchange/return policy?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If you have any questions, please email me at amandawondergemart@gmail.com prior to purchase.
If something arrives damaged, please email a photo and your order number to amandawondergemart@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Local pickup
Can I pick my order up locally?
Yes! My studio is located in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. For local pickup, you can use the code 'LOCALPICKUP' at checkout.
How does local pickup work?
When your order is ready, you'll receive an email with instructions to pick up your item(s).
All orders require up to 3-6 business days to be processed.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
I don't have the capacity to hold orders indefinitely. Please pick up your order within 2 weeks of purchase. Orders that have not been picked up within 90 days will be assumed abandoned and the order will be cancelled. No refunds will be offered.
Original art
What medium do you paint in?
Generally I paint in acrylic. My mixed medium pieces might also incorporate water-soluble wax crayons, water-soluble pencil crayons, paint pens and watercolour paint. I also dabble in gouache from time to time.
When do you release new artwork?
I currently don't have a consistent schedule for producing new artwork. The best way to stay informed is to sign up for my newsletter and follow me on Instagram.
How will I know when new artwork is released?

Are the colours exactly as they appear on my screen?
The colurs visible on your screen may be slightly different than the painting’s original colours, depending on your screen settings.
Who actually owns the artwork?
I retain all of the rights to all of the artwork I create. Purchasing a painting doesn't transfer reproductive rights.
Commissions
Are you available for a commission painting?
